Account and data

Delete your AI Arrow Puzzle account.

Players may use the game as a guest or create an optional Google or email/password account through Firebase Authentication.

Delete inside the App

  1. Open AI Arrow Puzzle and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings, then My account.
  3. Select Delete account and complete reauthentication.
  4. Confirm deletion.

This removes the Firebase Authentication account and that account’s locally stored game state on the current device. It does not delete your Google account.

Request deletion without reinstalling the App

Email contact@ailuxeo.com from the address associated with the account with the subject AI Arrow Puzzle Account Deletion. Do not send your password.

We may ask you to verify account ownership. Verified requests are normally processed within 30 days, subject to limited security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal retention requirements.

Local guest data

Guest progress is stored only on the device. Remove it with Settings → Reset progress, Android Settings → Apps → AI Arrow Puzzle → Storage → Clear data, or by uninstalling the App.

Email an account deletion request

Your email app will open; send the message there to submit it. If no email app is configured, write to contact@ailuxeo.com from your email service. This webpage itself does not submit or store a request.

Retention

The current release has no developer-owned cloud database for game progress or profile fields. Firebase Authentication identity data is deleted with the account, subject to Google’s security, backup, and legal retention practices. Advertising data handled by Google is governed separately by Google’s policies.
