1. Who we are and what this policy covers
AI Luxeo (“AI Luxeo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates AI Arrow Puzzle. This policy applies to the App and to support or privacy requests relating to the App. It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.
2. Information handled by the App
Account and sign-in information
You may play as a guest or sign in using Google or an email address. When you create or connect an account, Firebase Authentication may process your email address, display name, account identifier, sign-in provider, security metadata such as IP address and user-agent information, and—when supplied by your Google account—profile photo URL. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; AI Arrow Puzzle does not read or store your password in the App.
Optional profile information
You may enter a display name, mobile number, city or region, short biography, and choose a profile image. In the current version, these optional profile details and a locally chosen image remain on your device and are not uploaded by AI Luxeo.
Game progress and preferences
The App stores gameplay information on your device, including level progress, unlocked styles, stars and rewards, selected levels, daily reward status, game settings, sound, music, haptics, reduced-motion preference, and advertisement scheduling counters. This information is not currently synchronized to an AI Luxeo cloud database.
Photos you choose
If you choose a profile image, Android’s photo picker lets you select an image. The App receives only the item you select and does not request general access to your photo library, camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location.
3. How we use information
- Authenticate your account and maintain your player identity.
- Provide puzzle gameplay, rewards, saved progress, and preferences.
- Display your chosen name and profile image inside your account experience.
- Deliver, limit, measure, and protect advertising.
- Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.
- Protect the App, users, and advertising systems from fraud or abuse.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our legal rights.
4. Advertising, device data, and consent
The App contains Google AdMob advertisements, including banner, app-open, interstitial, rewarded, and rewarded-interstitial ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share an IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID. Google and participating advertising partners may use this information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, frequency control, security, and fraud prevention.
Where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent and provides a Privacy Choices entry in Settings. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. AI Luxeo does not sell your personal information for money.
5. When information is shared
We use Google Firebase Authentication for optional account access, Google Sign-In when selected by the player, and Google AdMob and participating advertising partners for advertisements. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the App, or as part of a permitted business reorganization.
6. Legal bases for processing
Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we process information as needed to provide the requested service, based on consent where required, for legitimate interests in operating and securing the App, and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw available consent choices without affecting earlier lawful processing.
7. Data retention
- Firebase account information is retained while your account remains active and is deleted when you successfully delete the account, subject to Google’s limited legal and security retention.
- Local game progress and optional profile details remain on your device until you reset progress, delete the signed-in account and its local data, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App.
- Advertising and consent information is retained by Google and its partners according to their policies, your choices, and legal requirements.
- Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
8. Delete your account and data
Open Settings in AI Arrow Puzzle, open My account, select Delete account, and confirm or re-authenticate when requested.
Successful deletion removes your Firebase Authentication account and that account’s locally stored AI Arrow Puzzle data from the device. It does not delete your Google account. Guest-only local data can be removed using Reset Progress, Android’s Clear Storage control, or by uninstalling the App.
If you cannot access the App, follow the account deletion instructions or email us from the address associated with the account. Verified requests are normally handled within 30 days, except for limited information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. You may edit local profile details, sign out, reset progress, delete your account, change advertising consent where available, and use Android advertising controls.
10. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Network communication with Google services is encrypted in transit. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Google may process information outside your country subject to its contractual and legal transfer safeguards.
11. Children’s privacy
AI Arrow Puzzle is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. Users below the age of digital consent in their country should use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
12. Third-party privacy information
Website visits
This website presents game information and support links. It does not include advertising, analytics tracking scripts, account registration, or a data-submission form. Our hosting provider may process ordinary request logs, including IP address, browser details, requested URLs, and timestamps, to serve and secure the website. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords or payment details.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated inside the App where appropriate.
