Is the game available on Android?
AI Arrow Puzzle is built for Android. Contact AI Luxeo support for current release availability.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest play is available. Optional Google or email/password sign-in uses Firebase Authentication.
Does signing in back up my progress?
No. The current release stores progress and optional profile details on your device, separately for each guest or signed-in account. They are not synchronized across devices.
Does the game contain ads?
Yes. It uses Google AdMob for banner and full-screen ads, plus optional rewarded ads. You do not need to click an ad to continue playing. Rewards depend on the offer and successful ad completion.
How do I change advertising consent?
Open Settings → Privacy choices → Ad choices. Google's privacy-options form is available where required. Android advertising settings provide additional identifier controls.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → My account → Delete account, or use the account deletion request instructions without reinstalling the app.
Are the ranks in older screenshots live?
No. Earlier preview images included demonstration ranks and a Wall of Fame. These were removed from production; the current release does not provide a live leaderboard.
Who is the game intended for?
The current release is intended for players aged 13 and older. Its Play Store content rating is determined through Google's rating questionnaire.
How do I report a problem?
Email contact@ailuxeo.com with your app version, Android version, device model, and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not include passwords.
